CBV Virtual Fax gives each user their own private fax number to send and receive faxes directly to the desktop as a PDF file. Available in most area codes. Users can monitor both inbound and outbound faxes (must be scanned to send outbound), create and manage cover pages, all from web client.

CBV Live View allows users to answer and manage calls as well as store useful phone information, such as voice mail, directories, and phone lists, all in one central location. Real time view of all your internal users to see who is on a call, who has voice mail, or who isn’t available (Do not disturb).

CBV Live Record allows administrator to discreetly monitor and record live calls in progress from your desktop. Listen in capability allows you to hear calls without the other participants hearing you (barge capability coming soon). Archive calls for regulatory compliance.

Auto Attendant
Our most popular add on service. At its most basic level, this is essentially voice mail acting as a receptionist. It can make your two person business look like a hundred person business. Calls can be easily directed to your sales, marketing, and support desk providing a very professional image to your end customer. Auto Attendant also provides a back up to a live receptionist in the event that he or she can't keep up with the call volume, allowing calls to be efficiently routed to the correct person or group.

Toll Free
Increase your company's image by offering toll free service. Callers from anywhere in the US and Canada can reach you without the caller incurring any long distance charges. Also, track the effectiveness of your marketing campaign through a dedicated toll free number assigned to a specific campaign you are running.

Extension Only
Very cost effective dial tone. Outside callers can reach an extension only by dialing your company’s main number or via the main auto attendant. IP phones that have extension only plans can also dial outbound (per min charges apply). No features, web portal or voicemail included.

Voice Mail Only
Dedicated voice mail box is already included for each user that subscribes to our basic, instate, or unlimited calling plans. This service is a voice mail only mailbox for users or groups that only require a voice mail box.

Virtual Number
Give your clients the appearance that you have local presence in a market even if you don't. We can provide you with a virtual number anywhere in the US. The virtual number points to your main number in Chicago or any IP based phone. The call pops up on your screen allowing you to answer with the appropriate greeting. For example, you have a Chicago based business but have the ability to service clients throughout the US. We can add a west coast and east coast sales number on your website. When clients call either number it shows up on your caller id as 'East Coast Sales'

International Calling

Customer music on hold
Professional voice over message greeting provides callers who call into your main number with a customizable advertisement of your products or services. This is also an ideal way to spread your message while your callers are on hold waiting for support. Not to be confused with standard on hold music which is included free of charge with CBV auto attendant service.
